Dear Loved Ones,


I wanted to write something to each of you during this Yule season. So many of us have had a very difficult year 2006. We have come through it. As I stopped to think of each of you on an individual and personal basis, I realized each and every one of us has seen our share of trouble and hardships, perhaps moreso this year than last. It seems that way anyway.



I know most of us have had our problems swing like the pendulum and become positives and for that we are truly blessed! I want to remind each of you how much you mean to me. I LOVE YOU----EACH OF YOU!! I, personally, have felt our interconnectedness, friendship and love in an especially strong and tremendous way this year. I have spent many hours keeping each of you in my thoughts. I have uttered words to our Goddess for your blessing, encouragement, safety, healing, well-being and prosperity. As I know you have done for me. The divine in each of you has never been more recognized by myself as it has been this year. I guess what I'm trying to say, even though each of us have had what seems to be more than our share of personal problems (for many of you have shared those problems with me in confidence, so some troubles will remain hidden and makes the count more numerous than we publicly know and share), it has brought us ALL closer together in spirit and love. We have truly shared sorrows and blessings as well. The threads of our tapestry is woven ever more beautifully!


Earth, Air, Fire, Water and Spirit...we are the elements and threads of life.


We are a part of everything that was, everything that is and everything to come.


Our bodies are composed of the earth and air. We ingest the elements of the earth in the food we eat. We breathe in the air. Fire (our Sun) is necessary for all life which begins in the photosynthesis process of plants.



The elements that compose your body are broken down by the water as it trickles over the rocks. It is absorbed into the soil, where the seeds sprout into plants that the Sun warms to life. We then inhale the oxygen of the plants and use the fuel of the plants and animals to sustain our lives. We all share the same air. Our planet gets smaller everyday as population increases, travel becomes faster and easier and of course, because of the internet. In truth, we all share the same water and earth as well. Of course, we all share the same Sun. It only stands to reason that we all share the same Spirit. It may be an assumption, but it seems a logical one. I cannot imagine a world without Spirit. Guess I'm not a very good atheist! LOL I can, however, imagine the One Spirit inhabiting each and every thing in nature and that is how I can accept polytheism. Different manifestations of the Highest Power that exists.



I have been doing a lot of thinking about the ways we are connected to each other…not just online, not just in spirit, but in truth and reality. I wanted to find out exactly what our human bodies are composed of….so I did a little research,

4. Nitrogen-about 3% or 31/2 pounds.


5. Calcium-about 1.5% or 33/4 pounds.


6. Phosphorus-about 1% or 1.14 ounces.


7. Potassium-about 0.35% or 3 ounces.


8. Sulphur-about 0.25% or 3/ ounces.


9. Sodium-about 0.15% or 21/2 ounces.


10. Chlorine-about 0.15% or 4 ounces.


11. Magnesium-about 0.05% or 1 1/2 ounces.


12. Iron-about 0.004% or 1/6 ounce.


13. Silicon-very minute amount, to ounce.

We are composed of approximately 65% water.



In China, DNA lineage has been traced back 5,000 years. I suspect from this point forward, all DNA will be traceable for future eons and generations. I'll not be surprised if DNA samples will be recorded with our birth and death certificates soon. ([link])



This means that every atom, every cell, every fiber of your DNA is a part of every other aspect of nature. We truly are one in a vast universe. One with each other, one with our Mother Gaia and one with the rocks, the trees, the solar system. Fire and Spirit are the elements that bind us and provide the spark of life. Science is proving what we already knew in Spirit!



We can explain our physical bodies and their composition, but it is impossible to explain the spiritual aspect of our being. This is a mystery. The universal mystery. Yet, we can sense that it's true. I believe we all possess an innate sense, a curiosity, a wonder that there is more to the ordinary life as we see it with our eyes, or our other senses. It is our intuition, our curiosity, our sense of knowing, yet not knowing, but still believing….that is our true Spirit. That is our Goddess guiding us. We can feel Her to know She exists.



I realize I'm not telling you anything you don't already know. I'm just taking the time to share with you what's been on my mind lately. It's good to be reminded and I never get tired of thinking about the wonders and miracles of this life we so often take for granted.



From the tiniest atom to the vast outer reaches of space, YOU are the miracle of life. All that is in you is reflected throughout our known world. And I believe, throughout the unknown world, as well. The spiritual realms seen by our Third Eye.



I am always here for you, even though it might take me a day or two to respond, I promise I will get back to you. It seems my schedule may be getting quite busy soon, but I will do my best to speak with you whenever you feel you need someone to talk to. Many times, I personally feel like I'm carrying on a one-way conversation on Sacred Pathways, but I've decided that most of the posts I make are also for my own benefit, if for none other. Today, a friend asked me what will I do---because it seems I will be working both a full time and a part time job soon---if I don't have time for Sacred Pathways?? I told her, I will always find time for Sacred Pathways. She asked, what if it becomes a group of just myself, if everybody else drops out?? I responded that first of all, I'm not worried about that because we are all real life friends and secondly, even if it was just me in the group, I still might write just for myself alone. Because of what I learn from the posts that I make for your enjoyment. It's a bit like my own electronic BOS. And if for some reason I did decide to shut down the group, I would most likely post it in my blogs anyhow. So I do appreciate you tremendously and even if I don't hear from you, deep down I still feel the family ties that bind. I hope you feel the same way. The words of encouragement you give me are always greatly appreciated, too.



So this is my Yule newsletter to one and all….I can't call it a card because it's much too lengthy for that, but it's what's on my mind and in my heart and I felt I needed to share it with you.



I am anxious to discover how we will be interconnected in our next life or afterlife as well as throughout the coming year. I believe that people from my past life have been with me in this life and I'm like the kid at Christmas anxiously awaiting the opening of the present under the tree. Just what, I'm curious awaits us in the future?



My desire and will is that each of you will find 2007 to be an even more joyous year and if it were within my power to bestow each of you a true gift of priceless value, I would have you receive whatever it is your hearts' desire without the sorrow and pain that sometimes comes before the blessing is bestowed.
